Heather Locklear arrested in Montecito on Saturday for driving under the influence.

On the bright side--upwards of 40, no makeup, crying and under the influence--she still looks pretty darn good.

Assualt with A Deadly Weapon

Apparently the debate delay isn't the only thing that stinks today...

This just submitted by Miss JB: a man has been charged with assault for farting on a police officer....srsly. The official CNN story highlights:

• West Virginia man was pulled over on suspicion of DUI
• Officer says man passed gas and fanned air toward him
  
• In addition to DUI, man is charged with assault on police officer
  
• He admits passing gas but not aiming at patrolman

All I have to say is GTK (that's "good to know" for all of you who are out of the loop.)

Okay, crime is never ever cool or funny, but this next one certainly knocks on the door of "amusing." A man was arrested for burglary this weekend--it seems he robbed two farm workers, and woke one of them by massaging him with spice rub, and the other by smacking him with an 8-inch sausage. This is totally hypothetical, but if I were a criminal, I would probably use a similar gesture as my calling card(although I'm thinking hard salami).

Not to be judgmental, but when will teachers learn not to boff their students? Perhaps I'm missing something, but I haven't heard about any situation like this that has ended well. A New Low

China Arnold was convicted today for microwaving her one-month old baby, Paris, after a fight with her boyfriend; apparently she was worried her boyfriend would leave her if he found out the baby was not his. Can you think of a worse way to die/kill someone??? Very sad.

Truly Horrifying...

A San Antonio couple has been charged for offering sex with their 5-year old daughter in exchange for an apartment, a used car, and child care (seriously, at this point, why do you give two sh-ts about child "care"?)

According to the affidavit, the girl's mother "was of the belief that these sexual interactions would be a positive experience for (her daughter) and that [the mother] would receive sexual gratification" from watching.

Office Arrest

Craig Robinson  (A.K.A. Darryl Philbin from "The Office") was recently arrested for possession of meth and X, presumably in Scranton, PA.  He faces two felony counts of possession and one count for being under the influence of illicit drugs.  That sucks....
